Tongue & Groove Solid Wood Flooring

Each board in tongue and groove flooring has a protruding tongue on one side and an indented groove on the other, meaning each plank fits seamlessly with the board next to it.

Typically cheaper than the newer and more sophisticated ‘click’ system, the tongue and groove style is the most commonly used installation method, meaning that you have more options when it comes to which species and finish to choose from, and it requires very little floor-laying or even DIY experience to do successfully.
